Troubleshooting with Login

I can't log in to Akisexpress. I have a new phone number. 

If you can't sign into your Akisexpress account because your phone number has changed, use account recovery to regain access:

- Open the Akisexpress app or visit Akisexpress.com  
- Tap Log In
- Select Trouble Logging In? 
- Enter your email address, so we can email you a link to log in
- Open the email and select Log In
- Enter and verify your new phone number

From here on, you'll be able to login to your Akisexpress account using your new number!

Note: Account recovery will only work if you have access to the email address you signed up with. For security purposes, if you can't access that email address, we can't provide access to the account.

White or orange screen on login

When you open the Akisexpress app for Android, if you see a blank, white, or orange screen with an Akisexpress logo, please delete and reinstall the app. This will ensure you’re on the latest version of Akisexpress, with all the most recent bug fixes. 

If this doesn’t work, follow the steps below to fix this issue:

- Open the web browser on your Android device
- Visit Akisexpress.com and click Login  
- Select Trouble Logging In?
- Enter your email address, so we can email you a link to log in 
- Open the email and click Log In—this will open the Akisexpress app
- In the app, verify your phone number to complete the login process

Once you’ve logged in successfully, you should be able to use the Akisexpress app without any more trouble.

I’m seeing an error code or message

These troubleshooting tips can help with general login issues:

- Check your internet connection or try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data
- Delete and reinstall the app, so you’re using the latest version of Akisexpress
- Use Akisexpress.com to swipe on the web
